Went for a run this morning, my shins hurt so much. Perhaps instead, I will walk to the gym, elliptical for a bit, and then do weights instead of hurting myself.
My run lasted 18 minutes, before my shins decided to go all shin splinty.
Starting Monday, gym EVERYDAY. No exceptions.
