Thai black rice salad with cashews, red peppers, celery, and salmon, with lime and soy dressing. Foodgasm.
So I had my first day of bootcamp today. It was really great, challenging, and really brought my pulse up high. I was dripping sweat. And then, I felt it coming. I quickly scanned the room for the closest garbage can. I began to walk towards it, and then… I projectile vomited my spinach salad EVERYWHERE. Including my shoes, my shirts, this girls yoga mat, my hands, the floor, the floor three feet away from me. I literally clutched it to my mouth, mumbled out, “I’mfjunsd so sorrysufhsfs”, and booked ass to the bathroom. Most hilarious and embarrasing moment of my young life. People were cool about it, so that’s something. But seriously. PROJECTILE VOMIT. And it was green.
Ready to dieeeeeeeeeee can’t wait for next session on Wednesday.

when calculating your day, do you add in low calorie nutritious veggies? like spinach and carrots ect?
ϟ Went grocery shopping today!
Bought lots of healthy food, such as whole wheat organic tortillas, tilapia filets, chia seeds, flaxseed, almonds, dried cranberries, greek yogurt, rolled oats, granola, goji berries, texture vegetable protein, and A LOT of other stuff.

My lunch today!
Shrimp and Rice Salad in an Avocado
Ingredients:
8 shrimp
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp frozen mixed veggies
2 tbsp cooked rice
1/2 tbsp mayonaise or whatever dressing.
In a small frying pan with water, put in your chopped garlic and onions. let them simmer for a bit, and then toss in your shrimp. Add the veggies, and cook for about 8 minutes. Transfer contents to a bowl, and quickly run cold water over them, drain, and then transfer to a cutting board. chop everything up very small. Transfer to the bowl again, add rice. Mix. Add your dressing, mix, and scoop into your halved avocado! DELICIOUS!
I really like this for lunch because it’s filling, DELICIOUS, and refreshing! I usually save half to go with dinner, but I was hungry! Drizzle with a bit of lemon juice for flavour.
ϟ Just got back from the gym
And omg… I’ve never felt so self concious in my life. The gym closest to my house is a coed, and I’m so insecure about my body that I act awkwardl and don’t work out as hard as I’d like to for fear of judgement. I know that isn’t right. I hate myself for feeling that way. I think I’ll start going to the womans only gym till I’m a little more confident. But holy shit, the mirrors everywhere made my so insecure. Like, my ass probably has it’s own gravitational pull……
Right now I’m compiling a list of groceries to buy on Friday, along with my new meal plan which will start Monday. I know I’m doing that thing where I put it off, but I finish exams on Friday and plan on celebrating this weekend.
Another thing I’ve done is arrange my schedule so I have a spare in the morning, so that I can go to the gym before class at a reasonable hour.
